Just got your license, but not sure where to start? SlingShot is your answer. This is not a motivational talk. This is not a list of ideas or concepts without real world application. These are tried and true methods HUNDREDS of new agents have tested and achieved results with. Available for free to agents who join our firm, or as an online course for agents associated with other brokerages.

Agent University, our advanced, extended and considerably longer course, is available to agents who already have some training under their belts. We do NOT want newly licensed agents taking this training, because they will likely fail to appreciate the depth, the authentic practiced and proven techniques until they have struck out on their own, or under the "guidance" of most brokerages and teams. We provide the recipe and the ingredients, you just need to stir. From the unique ways to access NYC apartments, how to learn the market fast, to submitting board packages, getting exclusive listings and pitching developers. This all-encompassing training provides graduates the tools they need to become top-producing agents in their market.

Classes are broken down into palatable bite-size videos averaging 5-12 minutes. All classes include a PDF, so students can follow along and take notes. The go-at-your-own-pace interface allows agents at any level to jump in and jump out as their schedule allows.

Note: This is NOTHING like the State Licensing Course. This is real-world knowledge accumulated over decades of real-world practice from Top Agents in the NYC real estate market.
